The new improved temperature control feature has so far been lacking from the range cooker market – no longer do consumers have to endure inaccurate cooking conditions.
With E3 technology, carefully adjust the temperature in 5°C increments, from 30°C up to 320°C. The rotary controls are simple to use, for easy operation.
This advanced cooking technology is a unique feature for ILVE, and is available on all our Roma, Milano, Majestic and Panoramagic models.

The quick oven preheating function allows it to reach the desired temperature in a short time and you can then choose the best suited cooking mode for the dish. It also works as rapid defrosting when a low temperature is set (30°C – 40°C).

ILVE’s moisture control system, allows you to manage the amount of moisture within the oven. This setting works alongside other functions and can create the perfect cooking environment by eliminating steam as desired for some dishes. Dry cooking is ideal for crisping up bread and removing moisture, whilst wet is perfect for cooking roasts and stews.
This is an essential accessory to check the temperature at the core, meaning you can cook your meat and know it is at the perfect temperature.
Prevents the furniture next to the oven and the kitchen from overheating.
Thanks to the articulated support, the electric heating element of the grill can be lowered to clean the top part of the cavity more easily.
The door hinges are fitted with a shock absorber that makes closure more gradual and noiseless. This is featured on the majority of ILVE’s oven, storage and warming drawers.
The grease does not stick to the surface and can therefore be cleaned more easily.

Cooking with a steam oven retains the aromas and minerals, it does not use cooking fat and enhances the natural taste of the ingredients.
