Please speak to your retailer regards your delivery. Some of our retailers deliver our product themselves, others use our own delivery service. Your retailer will provide delivery charges.
Our delivery team will call you in advance to arrange a suitable date for your delivery to take place. Your range cooker will be delivered by a two-man delivery crew who will bring the item into your property and unpack it for you, allowing you to inspect for any damage before signing. Please speak to your retailer for delivery times as this can range through out the year.
To deliver products to overseas destinations, you may need to make arrangements with an overseas delivery company. We cannot deliver to destinations outside of the UK directly and it would be your responsibility to organise a UK mainland shipping agent that would be able to take your product to an overseas destination. ILVE products that are shipped overseas will not benefit from a warranty. Our warranties only apply to products installed within the United Kingdom.
VAT is refundable within the EC if you are EC VAT registered (Not including the Channel Isles). If your country is outside the EC, VAT is refundable even if you are not VAT-registered. Please contact your retailer for VAT refunds.
It is advised that additional packaging is used when shipping your product overseas by a third party shipping agent. Our products are packaged well enough for domestic delivery within the UK but we cannot guarantee that this will suffice for delivery overseas.
