Through twelve video recipes, eight video stories, and just as many in-depth articles, you will learn more about the history of the Radicchio from Treviso, raw milk cheeses, and other outstanding local products; a unique insight into the world of small, virtuous producers working with passion and respect for their land.
You will learn all the secrets for making “Pizza alla Pala” or a perfect spit roast, and you will get the chance to cook Bolognese-style lasagne and whip up an impeccable tiramisu. All you need to do is check out the recipes we have picked to enhance seasonal products and traditional dishes, try new versions of Italian cuisine classics, and take the advice of a chef that you will come to love.

Ruth and Andrea will be joining you on this journey: they are the mind and soul of the Our Rustica B&B, a special place in the midst of nature, which this tight-knit couple has chosen to call home, welcoming people from all over the world and teaching them how to make local dishes, food preparations, and creative recipes.
In detailing their experiences, they will take you from the first to the last stage of the journey as they share their story and everyday life, telling you all about the products and the people, places, and unique features of a sustainable and conscious lifestyle.
ILVE, a valuable choice
When Ruth and Andrea had no other choice but to replace their ILVE built-in oven after using it for many years, they knew what they wanted: “You never forget your first love, so our new oven will have to be an ILVE oven.”
Along with the built-in hob, which is also part of the Milano collection, their first ILVE oven was for a long time the unquestioned king of their kitchen and an essential tool for the Cookery school and the B&B.
When choosing a suitable replacement, their trusted retailer thought that it would be a great idea to take them directly to the company to get a first-hand look at the ILVE world: this turned out to be a crucial moment since they were able to find a new range cooker and, most importantly, the two families, which share the same values, forged a special bond.
